  They deal with slumlords. Don’t expect repairs unless consistently reminding for an approximate 2 months. Or reporting to designated organizations. Yes, someone is sent to inspect, and that’s all that’ll be done till further reiterating. Less than 24 hour notices for repairs or etc, and constant need to enter home whilst working. If taken time off to facilitate rental access for repairs, hired handymen arrive well past appointment time or not at all and take pictures just to say I will notify management of this 2-4 times and not make repairs. Micky mouse, temporary repairs with stamp of certified complete repair. Most dwellings not up to code. Unprofessional teetering blame of current and past repairs by various personnel. Stalker, privacy invading, management/personnel.

  All the staff are great, kind and so helpful. I recommend all my family and friends when they are in search for a house to buy or sell. They are great, very knowledgeable and always have the best interest for the client. I do recommend this place.
