  After a day of dealing with other pawn shops in the area that threw insulting numbers at me to purchase my item, i decided to stop in anyways. To my surprise , their customer service was very friendly and willing to work with you. Their positive attitude and smiling faces was just what i needed. Not to mention the money too. Employee number 069...two thumbs up from me.

  I've been a customer here for over four years. The customer service is great compared to their competition. Their pricing is fair. These negative reviews are one sided and most are lies. The way pawns work is your offered 1/4th of the current value, that's including deprecated value, not what it costs now, so don't go in a pawnshop thinking you are going to get full value for a tv that's 5 years old. And I happen to know for a fact that these people value their customers enough to put their life on the line to protect their customers during robberies so that should speak for its self. Keep up the good work Highland Pawn.

  I just got my Rolex out of here. It looks like they opened the back because there are marks on the inside of the band and they twisted the jubilee bracelet just a little bit. The big clue t hat I knew that they opened it was a speck of dust on the clock face that is on the inside. I went inside to talk to the clerk and he had no interest in what I had to say. All he could say is "How do I know that it wasn't like that when you brought it in?" These people will act fairly nice if there are no problems but they will take no responsibility for anything if you bring up an issue. In short these people are slime balls and I regret using them for a short term loan. I told them I was going to leave a bad review and his come back was "Don't spread lies". In short if you leave fine jewelry here, expect it to be taken apart and it may or may not be in the same condition that you dropped it off. Not happy.

  Hate pawn shops? Go here! I've been to this shop twice and both times could not have been happier. Real, honest people that are actually willing to take the time to EARN a dollar. Great deals and good people, not like any pawn shop I've been in before. Ps. Cash is king!

  Fair pricing. Only complaint, when I picked up my item I pawned, there were spider webs on my case, and small stains of drops of some liquid which was easily cleaned. But the staff is nice and yes knowledgeable. I recommend this place.

  Did online firearm transfer multiple times, always smooth and responsive. Their guys are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, yet serious on firearms instruction. The owner, Steve, super nice. Firearm associates, Nathan, Tony, Cameron, are all wonderful guys. PS, can't beat their price: $25 DROS, $10 transfer fee. Totally only $35 !!!

  I purchased a shotgun from Buds Guns shop and had it shipped to Highland Pawn to process the paperwork. Nate is very knowledgeable about guns and is a pleasure to work with. Best to get there when they first open, the wait can be considerable.The area and some of the customers are a little seedy.

  I bought a Remington wing master 20 gauge their and had no problems,also i got a good deal on it.Wait time was normal and i would buy from them again in the future if theirs another good deal going on.The guy is very knowledgeable their .

  Brought in a 55 oz Sterling silver bowl they offered 10dollars bit would not let me get item back even with recipiet same day

  Very disapponted when i was selling my gold to Highland Pawn. I know for a fact that all the gold I gave them was NOT just 10 karat, I had 18 karat gold in there. First time at a Pawn shop , I will never go again.
