      First time at this branch and Alex, Security guard/Allied, was so helpful. Not only to me but to all customers coming to the branch. I’m so grateful that he was there and ready to help and make my visit so pleasant.

      BOA sucks. 2700 taken out if my account from stores 3500 miles away and BOA says its not fraudulent because they dont see a pattern of fraud yet gave me a new card because of fraud. This place is a joke. Say they have 100% risk free fraud protection but thats not the case. The only guarantee is that BOA will screw you over worse than the thieves did. Accounts all canceled with this trash pile of a bank.

      I recently had a couple unauthorized transactions hit including matching overdraft fees and additional international fees. And to boot started charging a monthly service fee over double of where I would pay at any other banking center. Do yourself good and do not get an account with B of A. Trying to access a safety deposit box and going through the process. One hurtle after another- now they are not opened on the the inside due to understaffed.

      I don’t know if this is the manager but I always come to this branch and “Samuel” is very rude . He thinks he is always right . I heard a customer ask for a bathroom and he said “we don’t have “ you should go before !!!! What the h!! This is not a answer for a customer. I ask him before if I have to use a mask bc I leave it in my car and he said “it’s ok… but you should wear your mask” because this is blah blah blah and he was about to lecture me !!! There was an alder lady and he didn’t care to pass her in the front !!! Who he thinks he is ??? You need better Customer Service who can represent you ! Honestly this is a mess .

      Someone deposit a check to me at this place on 11/9. We found that the deposit didn't go through. We went to the place and talked to the Financial Center Manager, showed him the image of the check and deposit slip on 11/30. He mentioned that he will check and get back to me within 3 days. But I never get back from him. So I went to this place today 12/21, he was in vacation, so they have another assistant manger to help me for over 1 hour, still couldn't fix the problem, and suggested my friend who made the deposit to go back to check his bank. Therefore made both of us are very frustrated. Finally, about 1 hour after I left, I got call from the assistant manger said that was their mistake, and been fixed. I just feel that they should fixed it after my 1st visit, so I don't have to make another around 50 miles trip, back and forth and spent over 1 hour there for no answer. Bad customer service!

      So apparently this location is closed on Fridays. All well and good - but the manager is RUDE, he was on his way in and basically snapped at me "We're not going to be open today" Maybe he was having a bad day? I'm sorry if he was but still that's no excuse.

      Long lines inside. Outside, long lines, filthy ATMs. Come first thing in the morning and you can trip over the homeless, or have panhandlers corner you at the ATM. Occasionally, there is a security guard, but they always look bewildered and not sure what they should be doing.

      I have never been treated so racially discrimination. Funny thing is I work in Banking. I had to go to Bank of America to cash the check because it was their check. Manger comes refused to cash the check. Wouldn’t tell me what he typed in then refused to give me his full name. I am African American and the area has poor blacks don’t mean all black are broke.
