  Kenneth Malnati is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, which made the whole process of buying my first home easier than I ever imagined.   Ken was an amazing correspondent for my refinance, this was my first one and he made it very quick and anything I did not understood was explained thoroughly.   I had the pleasure of closing the latest mortgage with Ken. He is prompt, very helpful and got us the best possible rate. He also gave us updates on the process along the way that reduced the anxiety. I did 3 new mortgages, and several refinancing loans before, and this is the best experience I had, by far.

  From Doug and Rachael Schlief. Ken completed a refinance of out home loan. He was very prompt and informative throughout the very quick and easy process. Once the loan was pretty much completed we decided to pay up front for some of the loan costs ( in escrow) rather then add this to our loan amount. Ken was very flexible even though he had to redue some documents. We had several questions during the process and he was very prompt in getting back to us no matter the time of day. He was a real pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Ken, Ben, and anyone on that Loandepot team. They are the bomb.
