  Words can't describe how unprofessional Ben Padilla has been during my home buying process. There has been a lack of communication and misinformation given which has caused my family to loose the home that we were in escrow for. Not only that but in the middle of the contract process I was appalled that Ben cut off all contact with me, and my realtor with no explanation as to why. My family and I are now forced to live with family and have had to find a new lender that is professional and proactive in informing and communicating with us. My experience has been a nightmare. Ben Padilla is a horrible representation of your company and has put me in a position that could of been avoided by simple communication, attention to detail and professionalism. I have no intent on ever recommending anyone to Loan Depot due to my dreadful experience.

  Timing, explaining, very attentive. Every form that i needed to sign, Jon was amazing in explaining it. Customer serv from everyone was really good. They adjust to your schedule, to make sure you get and understand the process.

  I would recommended , don't go with Loan depot for your new purchase. they completely screwed by life and budget and finally funded by higher intested rate ( 3.375 to 4.99 ) with additonal Escrow account ( additonal Burden) ... please please don't trust to Loan Depot executive

  Teresa Carpio my loan agent when I am purchasing my investment condo. She is on top of everything from the very start and have answers to all your questions. She will tell you right away what documents you need to get qualified for the loan. She is very good in communicating with both parties in the transactions. Very diligent woman & not to mention very helpful and well mannered. I definitely recommended Teresa & her team for your next home loan.

  Gary was fantastic in every respect. The initial work up of the loan options was very clear and informative. He was able to get us fully pre-approved & underwritten prior to our home search. He guaranteed an 18-day closing in our case, which was key to getting us into contract. Then he and his team followed it up with a 10-day actual closing time, which was phenomenal. Throughout the process Gary and team communicated clearly, were very responsive, took the time to fully explain every part of the process, and worked with the other parties involved in the sale to ensure that nothing was missed and everything moved along expeditiously.
