  Joe and his team at Loan Depot have been a God-send through the process of my home purchase! Being a personality who requires some hand-holding, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience, and organization. Not a single phone call or text went unaddressed, even weekends. Joe was thorough in finding what loan option that fits me best and explaining it thoroughly, including what to expect in the future, etc. The entire process was painless and smooth, an experience that is very contrasted by that of a couple of my colleagues’ who went the Wells Fargo and B of A routes for their mortgages. I can’t be more thankful for the introduction to Joe! I haven’t stopped raving about him and his team since. I am now cozy and happy in my first home. Definitely recommend going this route if you’re in need of a loan!

  That Joe was able to give me a loan within 10 days was a very welcome surprise! It assisted in making my purchase offer stronger and it got accepted! The loan process was very smooth, Joe was in touch throughout to let my wife and I know what was happening, and with virtually no issues at all - we got a new house because of the ease of Joe and his lending program.   I've had some very negative experiences with mortgage bankers in the past, so working with Joe was not only amazing, it was healing! He was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions, explaining things in a way that I could understand. He always got back to me in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I can't imagine working with anyone else now. He spoiled me for life!

  We had the pleasure of working with Joe after experiencing some hiccups with our original lender on a property we had already committed to. This gave Joe very limited time to sort our issue and get us approved. We went to him to settle for a FHA loan but to our surprise Joe got us approved for a conventional loan at an amazing rate. He worked tirelessly and kept us informed throughout the process. Joe is very easy to get ahold of and his expertise is admirable. We are very happy with his services and highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a real estate.

  Joe helped me with more than just purchasing my home. I was working with another broker who made me feel like He didn’t need my business and put me on the back burner. After expressing my feelings about this broker, joe went above and beyond with getting me into my home. I have struggled for years to fix my credit. Joe ran my credit and guided me step by step to fix it. Two short months after pulling my credit I was approved to purchase my first home. Joe contacted me at least once a week just to let me know that he was still working on getting me a loan. I have been told by many people that purchasing a home is extremely stressful, but between joe and the realtor that joe recommended the process was extremely smooth. How has earned a customer for life!

  As first time home buyers I had a ton of questions regarding the process and Joe answered every single one of them.   My refi was anything but run of the mill. It was essential I transition from current loan into a new one; being self-employed and not having 2 year track record in new business were just two of four big hurdles. If I couldn’t get a loan I’d have to sell my home ~ three prior agents had been unsuccessful. Time was working against me and not only did Joe get it done, he accomplished it in an extremely tight window. That was win enough! On top of it, he was professional, knowledgeable (and able to translate into laymen language so I could understand), level set my expectations (this was huge as previous agents gave me high hopes but weren’t able to come through) and last but no less important, he promised to touch base daily so I'd know where I was in the process ~ I heard from him every single day. Joe entered the scene in the 11th hour, had products and relationships to tap into, did what he said he would do, helped me manage my mood in a highly stressful situation, kept things simple and straightforward, had exemplary team and staff, and got the job done. I’m beyond satisfied. Thank you Joe!
