  Otto Kobler and his team at Summit Funding were wonderful. We were very nervous about taking the big step in buying a home. We had many questions along the way, but Otto and his great team, had the patience to keep answering all our questions in a timely manner. Otto Kobler has the expertise to handle first time buyers, such as ourselves, or the most difficult real estate situations.

  Otto Kobler and his team are amazing. From the first meeting, down to the last signing, Otto and his team we’re always available and always able to answer any and all questions. Being a first time home buyer, this was a new experience. Otto and his team ensured that we fully understood every aspect of the loan and homebuying process. When something caught our eye that we had missed, we panicked and contacted Otto. Otto very calmly and thoroughly explained everything, leaving us assured. Kris MGinity, handled securing the necessary documents in a professional manner and worked with us, detailing all of what was needed and when it was needed by. I would not hesitate to utilize Summit Funding in the future. Truly an exemplary team.

  We had not purchased a home in 15 years so, we were very nervous and confused by all the new financial laws and hoops we had to jump through. Otto Kobler and his staff were patient, professional and held our hands through out the entire process.   Worst experience, miscalculation after miscalculation after miscalculation. Otto and his team don't know what they are doing. I would never go back to them ever again.
