  I've been dealing with Ken Jones Insurance for just under 40 years, and I have always been happy with their service. They are personable, professional, and responsive to needs. The business has changed hands, but the same small town, personal attention from local people remains intact, thankfully. I have never had occasion to visit their new location as most everything can be accomplished via phone and email. Details, paperwork and payments are all able to be settled easily. A special "thank you" to Sarah Jacobs, who saves me money every time I renew. She is amazing.

  I can not get ahold of them . I have been trying for a week and half. Left several message. Took money out of account but won't answer my call. Very upset.

  Very disappointed with customer service always get answering machine now that they have changed hands when Ken and David ran it always someone answer the phone having to wait on a call back is ridiculous. Gordy

You have a dedicated account manager with a direct phone line, and while she may not always be available due to another phone call or visit from a client, she always returns phone calls as soon as possible if you leave a voicemail. We are a small office, there are 5 of us, and while we may not be able to answer every phone call like a big box insurance company with an NFL player in their commercials, we still pride ourselves on the principles taught to us by David & Ken - we really do care about you, your family, and your coverage. We truly do appreciate your business over the years, and I hope we can continue to serve you in the future, but we are happy to help you find another agent to transfer your policies if that's what you wish to do.
