  Absolute garbage! Worst bank ever. They are not knowledgeable at all. Multiple times have had issues with trying to get something done because they didn’t know how to do it: from check deposits to trying take extra fees for no reason. They even closed my account without informing me. Charged me twice in the same month for a car payment. Would never bank with them again!

  Today after seeing Renner Rd lobby closed I went to the grove city location and the young gentleman helped me in about two minutes. Very helpful, courteous and efficient.. Why I love KEMBA

  I originally came here just to use the atm but it ended up being out of order so I had to go inside. The place was empty when I arrived with three employees present at the counter talking and laughing amongst themselves. I was immediately acknowledged as soon as I walked up to the counter, I explained what I needed and was in and out in under 5 minutes time. The lobby was clean and they had hand sanitizer at each teller station and at the door which I thought was awesome. Overall, a very positive experience.

  I wish you could do negative stars, absolutely horrid customer service and their knowledge is lacking to say the least. I would not bank here at all. Take your money and time else where to a place that may appreciate you and banking with them.

  KEMBA is by far the best Credit Union in Columbus. Been with them for my entire life and would never switch unless I moved away. They have great rates, and great customer service. Would highly recommend.

  I hate when a business blames covid for poor customer service. They closed the lobby again, which is way more convenient when depositing cash. I take cash home from work daily and the ATMs will only accept 30 bills per transaction. It takes more than ten minutes to deposit two checks and 200 bills. And forget about coins.

  Been with Kemba for over 20 years, they used to be my go to for all my banking needs. Back then they had two locations, they were SLOW then too. Recently I saw they installed ATMs at the drive through (I tried one it did not work correctly so I had to go inside) When I go to them I am looking for human people to interact with. The locations are still few and far between. And the rates I got on a personal loan to borrow my own money seemed a little high and took forever to get done in office. Kemba has been losing favor with me for years. Good thing I am lazy, just too lazy to change. They need to expand weekend hours for US late weekend risers.

  Kemba has not been very understanding during the Covid-19 pandemic. They constantly call and email me asking for payment. When I try to explain my financial situation, they act like they don’t care and continue to harass me for payment. They don’t offer any kind of relief or assistance. Do not recommend banking or taking out loans with this company

  Was told to be up at this branch to sign a check at 8-9. The branch doesn't open until AFTER 9. Idk why you would tell people this but this one star review is for that 45 min wait in your parking lot

  If you are looking for a Bank in Ohio this one is great its a smaller branch and the service is always professional and nice you won't be sorry sign up for Kemba now!!
