  I have done business with this credit union for over 15 years. they allowed a check that was writen incorrectly to clear my account an put my account in the negative $20,000. They never called me to question this check that was written incorrectly they sent me a letter!! Then told me there was NOTHING they could do for me. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. They don't have their members backs an will not help protect your money !!! RUN do not let them have control of your banking !!

  The experience, professionalism, and quick service that I received from the Credit Union of Ohio surpassed anything I have every been through.   My experience with the Credit Union of Ohio has always been the absolute best. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. They are friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly patient. Their flexibility in working with me through changing circumstances has been incredibly helpful. If you can do so I strongly suggest opening an account with the Credit Union of Ohio today!

  I have been a customer of CU of Ohio for just over five years and have always experienced the best customer service from every staff member. Their quality and quantity of services are are no less. I highly recommend Credit Union of Ohio to anyone seeking a top notch banking experience.

  If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 I would. #1 the staff is rude and disrespectful. #2 we don't use the credit union, it is a co-op shared branch for our home credit union. Which will be brought to their attention as well. My daughter tried to cash her check here, with her license, which is technically expired, yes, but per the state of Ohio, during the pandemic, state of emergency, it was extended through July to be able to renew...plus the fact it isn't THAT expired. They were very standoff-ish. Lots of attitude. Hope no one else has to deal with Linsday there. She is far less than helpful. I guess next time we will go out of our way to use our home credit union, since the one that we are supposed to be able to use is far less from friendly and accepting. They were quick to come up with reasons they couldn't help. Like they did not even have any interest in answering the questions in the first place. They just wanted to get rid of us.

After the State’s extension was announced, the Shared Branching Network advised credit unions to refer expired licenses to their home credit union in order to prevent fraud.   I have been with the Credit Union of Ohio for over 30yrs and the service has always been great. The staff is wonderful and they answer your requests very fast.

  I love my credit union. I don't have a lot of reasons to stop in, as I do most of my banking online, but when I do, there is always a friendly hello, and I can brew myself a cup of Keurig coffee. :) I have never had to wait more than a few minutes, and most of the time I can walk right and in and deposit my check or ask my question. I love the whole idea of a credit union over a bank, and would recommend this one to anyone!

  I refinanced my car and the process was fast and easy. No waiting for a response, did it over the phone, had the answer while I waited. Would highly recommend using them.

  I recently had the worst experience at this location. I arrived exactly at the time the branch would lock the doors. The teller saw me walking to the door, locked the door and turned and walked away. I understand if she would have said, ma'am I am sorry but we cannot help you. However, to ignore someone as you do not see the customer is very unprofessional and rude. There are so many banking options and one would think that they would consider that when dealing with customers. I am very disappointed as I have been with this credit union since 2002.
