  I had other insurance for years and finally made the switch to save a little money with another company. I thought that there was no way I could get good insurance for any cheaper. But on a whim I let Kelly quote me and she saved me even more, like to the tune of a $100 a month when combining auto and renters. The entire process took less than an hour was done over the phone and e-mail. She answered every inane question I had about my policy and insurance in general. My only regret is that I didn't let her quote me sooner. Thanks again, Kelly!

  Kelly and her staff are wonderful people, and very educated in their field. They care about making sure their clients have the right insurance plan, and understand their policy. I highly recommend Kelly's office!

  Kelly can be a very rude person. She can be very pleasant at times, but several times I have contacted her for minor questions about my policy she was very short and sarcastic. And the life insurance guy from her office is extremely pushy and will continue to contact you for months afterwards even after you have declined coverage multiple times. I didn’t mind State Farm as insurance, but I would make sure to stay away from HER office in particular.

I shared your concerns with my Life Insurance Rep which is why he hasn’t been employed here for nearly a year. Regarding my personal behavior, I’m sorry you feel that way. I know when we spoke last you were frustrated that your policy had cancelled due to non-payment but you still shouldn’t feel like you don’t want to do business here. I hope you consider using our services again if you decide to switch from the insurance company you went to in January.   Kelly and her team are amazing! We originally had Nationwide, but switched to StateFarm. Their prices are better and so is their coverage! Faith goes out of her way to provide me with important information and to make sure I’m aware of all of my benefits! She helped me refinance my auto loan and save $1400 in interest and get a lower interest rate! This StateFarm location is definitely dedicated to helping their customers!
