  It was very disappointing that I've been banking here for 11+ years and I came in to make a large withdrawal from my account and they needed to call someone to verify that it was ok for me to withdraw my money......I think this relationship is coming to an end

  Terrible, absolute garbage of a company. I was told id only need my i.d to start an account. When I got there they told me I needed my social security, which I don't have, but still opened my account. Come a week or two later my account was frozen with all of my money in it. Which was only like 60 bucks, but still. This was due to not having my social, "which I was told I didn't need" and then they closed my account. But ohhh what about my 60 bucks??? They sent me a check alright, for 20 lousey ******* dollars. Go to any other bank do not use this one.

  I've been with this bank 8 years, has always been good to me. Always have immediate access to checks reguardless of amount. Access to direct deposit a full day earlier (not just after midnight).

  I have been with Woodforest for 5 years and they have the nicest people who work there and I always get my check a day or two early.

  Always get an attitude when I go to this bank almost as if they are unhappy. They gave me the run around so I went to the cranberry branch which took care of me and are always happy.
