  Kelly's patience is beyond anything I've ever seen! She'll explain the same thing to you over and over and over again with the same positive attitude.   Working with Kelly was just the mot amazing experience. Getting a mortgage can be daunting and stressful experience, and Kelly made it stress free by being there for us every step of the way. She always picked up the phone, was more than happy to answer our quesitons, and her explanations were clear and to the point. And, one of the hardest parts of getting a home loan is the waiting, and Kelly made things move forward quickly. Most importantly, Kelly has the most warm and friendly personality...such a change from dealing with the cold, faceless big banks.   From the time we were introduced to Kelly to the final signing of escrow papers, Kelly has done everything she could to help improve our credit score, get our loan approved and help close two weeks earlier than planned. All the advice she gave on rebuilding my credit worked. I will be giving other people I know her information and I hope to see her again when the rates go down.

  I just like to say that my family and I moved from Texas we were working with another lending company and I could not get approved however we were recommended to work with Kelly and her team and I must say that my experience was totally awesome. I was able to contact Kelly morning noon or night even on the weekends she always answered and if she wasn't able to answer me she would get back with me right away. With all of the questions and concerns that I had every question was answered and I felt very safe working with them. We closed and I am totally ecstatic about being a homeowner again.
