He made my husband and I feel confident we would buy our dream home during this crazy market. Nick also assured we got the best rate.   Nick was the one that helped out me and my family. They closed on our house at around 20 days after an offer was accepted. Gave us the best rate in a very very competitive market, which my family and I are grateful for. A better rate will increase your buying power, and a short closing days will make you more competitive against other buyers. I have many friends who went through Nick, and none of them have nothing but great things to say. I strongly recommend them to anybody that are looking for the best service while getting the best deal!!

  After looking for months for a new home to purchase in this crazy market, I was ready to give. That was until I met Nick and his team. Nick was very patient with me, walked me through the process, and explained everything to my understanding. I can't thank him enough for all the time and effort he put into getting the numbers where they needed to be. If you are looking to buy a home (or refinance), this is where you want to be.   Nick and his team exceeded all my expectations for a lending team. When we discovered some irregularities at closing our real estate agent, Steve Turner, reached out to Nick on our behalf. Nick and his team were able to get us approved and cleared to close in four business days. Over the course of those four days was a federal holiday and the previous lending team being difficult with releasing some home documents. We will be recommending Nick and Steve to everyone we know that is interested in purchasing a home. Absolutely amazing to work with and I will happily do it again.

  My Wife and I can’t say enough great things about Nick and his team. We were first introduced to Nick 12 years ago while purchasing our first home in Temecula. After many failed attempts with unsuccessful bids in the area, Nick got us our home within 30 days. Fast forward to now, we are thinking of selling our home and relocating out of state.   I’m glad that we acquired Nick as our lending agent when we bought our home 3 years ago. We started looking to refinancing 3 months ago after being bombarded with letter of multiple lending companies stating that they would give us the best refinance deal. So I reached out to a few of those letters and asked them to give me a estimate of what they can lock us in and they were basically all the same, they all promised a better deal than the rest. It never crossed my mind to reach out to Nick until I was about to lock my rate with one lending agent, which I’m not going to name but she was basically stating that it was mandatory for us to pay out all of our debt after I told her multiple times, that that wasn’t the route that we wanted to take. Nick ran me some numbers and no one came close to matching his. Besides helping us with the most possible cash-out refinance deal, he also helped us with the appraisal refund from the previous lender that we were going to close after reaching out multiple times and no response. Sorry for making this long but I want Nick to know that me and my family are very grateful to have met him and for all his help in this stressful journey. We definitely recommend him and his team!   Nick was working with us on a new build. The home builder seemed to try and move the bar further and further every week . Nick was on top of the builders requests and at the same time found an amazing loan and rate for us. Nick put in more work then I ever saw from previous lenders. I will work with and recommend the Wise guys from here on out

  Our families home buying experience didn’t start out the best with our first lender (remain Anonymous) however our realtor suggested we reach out to Nick and his team at The Wise Guys Temecula. Let me tell you what, his dedication to us and the process was by far the best experience we’ve had ever! From day one he hit the ground running, going above and beyond. Every tiny detail was discussed, Nick walked us through every step of along the way. We hit some curve balls along the way, but Nick and his team came out on top.
