  Kelly Goodman was so wonderful to us and we are so grateful to have worked with her and her team. We were moving from out of state and I thought the process would be dreadful, but it was the complete opposite. Because of her, we were able to start looking at homes before we moved and found one we loved. We were able to be fast and aggressive with our offer and got the home that we fell in love with. Her team was reliable, communicative, friendly and competent. 100% would recommend Kelly Goodman to anyone. You won't be disappointed!!

  Kelly Goodman did an amazing job as our lender. She was very accessible and responsive at any time of the day. As a first time home-buyer, I had a ton of questions and Kelly swiftly answered any question I had with a response that showed she cared for my actual well-being and not only making money from my home purchase. She also provided different options for me so that I wasn't stuck choosing one particular loan option.   Kelly was invaluable in helping us secure our home. It was important to us to explore and compare multiple lenders, and Kelly is by far the best. She's responsive, informative, professional, and makes herself incredibly available. She answered all kinds of questions for us and made sure we were informed throughout the entire homebuying process. She goes above and beyond and as first-time homebuyers, we are so grateful to have had someone as honest and helpful as Kelly on our team. Most other lenders will make promises, but Kelly delivers. The time she invested in us (going through the comprehensive spreadsheet, answering questions as we made offers on homes and eventually, purchased one etc.) made it so clear that she's excellent at what she does!

  Kelly and Main Street Home Loans were an absolute pleasure to work with! Kelly was a constant professional and it felt like Kelly was basically a family member when working with her due to her warmth and willingness to help. The timing worked out well as I was linked up with Kelly via word of mouth and started to fill out the paper work when my wife and I found our absolute dream home that same week. Kelly worked extra quickly to get my application pre-approved so we could place an offer right away in this crazy market. In the end, I think we toured the house, got pre-approved, and placed an offer on the home in about 48 hours time. Thankfully our offer was accepted and we got the home all thanks to Kelly and her team! I appreciated through the process how Kelly was available basically at anytime during the day or evening for a phone call to go over the specifics of my mortgage application and the closing process. I also appreciated how she laid out in a personalized excel sheet which I could edit to see how much my mortgage would be and what my closing costs would look like. After about 3 weeks, we were able to close and my wife and I are settling into our first home. I know for sure we could not have done it without Kelly and her teams help! Would definitely recommend them, especially in this crazy housing market in NOVA right now that requires fast workers.

  Kelly and the Main Street Home Loan team took such good care of my family and I. With the hassle that comes with purchasing a home, add the stress of being in another state and totally different time zone. Kelly was available when I woke and ensured that all of my questions were answered promptly. I’ve made other home purchases in my past, but this one was by far the easiest and least stressful.   Kelly truly did a fantastic job! From day 1, providing us with the best competitive rate out there, to right before closing, going over every number in detail. Buying a home is exciting but yet intimidating as it is not something most people do regularly. With Kelly, we had an answer to any questions we had within the hour. Our concerns or worries were always addressed kindly and never shrugged off. Even at closing, after all was said and done, the Seller's Agent made a point to let us know how amazing and professional Kelly had been during the entire process (even if not local to Montgomery County).   If you would like to work with someone that will help you through the loan process and make it as easy for you as possible I would highly encourage you to contact Kelly Goodman!!! She was so helpful during the entire mortgage process all the way up to closing! Kelly was extremely responsive and did not mind working with me after normal business hours to include weekend. When I go through this process again, I will definitely contact Kelly Goodman at Main Street Home Loans!!! You can not go wrong here!
