  We’ve known Erica since 2012 . She has helped us with a purchase of 2 homes. It has been the best experience ever. She is very passionate, dedicated and knowledgeable. She explains everything in detail and always goes the extra mile to try and find better deals! I definitely recommend her in a heartbeat you won’t regret it.   I was lucky to have Erica and her wonderful team assist me with the loan for my first house. Her team was always supportive and ready to answer my questions. They literally held my hand though out the process. They always answered my question at any hour of the day every day of the week. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. I am very thankful to them! I was able to purchase my dream home with a fix rate of 2.5% !! I will forever be thankful to them! Even at the start of this pandemic nothing stoped them from being committed.

  I am grateful to Erica for doing something I thought was not possible of refinancing my house alone. She did work hard and negotiated some credits. So I highly recommend her with the following advice. First get your own closing title company I highly recommend United Title & Escrow located in Lake Ridge, VA (I used them when I bought my house and extremely professional.) I was ok with ATG that they used but service not the same as United. Second get your own appraisal company. Third Make sure for home insurance to be on a conference call with Homeside insurance reviewer and your insurance company to save time to have correct coverage or you will go back and forth a lot. Who ever they have reviewing insurance really needs to be retrained. Overall am happy with Homeside but there is some room for improvement to make things go smoother. No one is perfect but hope they take this advice to improve.

  Erica was awesome. She always picked up when I called and answered all questions. First time homebuyer so had many questions. The process with her was very effortless. She moved quick, requested all documentation, submitted all paperwork, and explained every thing. We were moving into the new home in under a month amd she was able to get it done and we closed without issue. Would definitely reccomend. Polite, cheerful, and easy going. Thank you Erica for getting us into our first home.
