  Just a note to share about the selling of our 30 year home with Mike and Shelli Kellogg.   I knew Mike and Sheli were going to be the best agents to help us find our first home! They were very knowledgeable and never made us feel silly for not knowing much about the process of home buying. Through this really competitive market they did everything they could to keep us competitive and targeted listings and offers to give us the best chances. Mike and Sheli went above and beyond to make closing happen on time and always welcomed my whole family when making decisions and of course when celebrating. if we were to ever sell or buy again they would be my first call!

  We first met Mike and Sheli when they sold our house to us. They were very nice and professional, enough so that we didn't forget them. When our neighbor sold her house she called Mike and Sheli. Our neighbor was and older lady and the effort Mike and Sheli put forth to help her out was nothing short of awesome. We happen to know several realtors, but when we were trying to decide on which one we wanted to go with we kept coming back to Mike and Sheli. They were happy to help and although we gave them fairly short notice they gladly took on the challenge. They were able to gather all of the info necessary, get photos done and list our house very quickly. We had several offers and they kept us informed of each one. They we willing to explain any questions we had about the offers, and they made the whole process very stress free. They know the area very well and have a very good pulse on the market. Working with Mike and Sheli made selling our house an easy task. I enjoyed working with them and if I get a chance to move back to the area they will be the first two I call. Thanks Mike and Sheli, you made this process the best we've experienced so far. We appreciate all your help.

  I can not describe what a wonderful experience it was working with Mike and Sheli. They came highly recommended to me when I was ready to sell my 1st home. They were amazing, caring and very professional and made this emotional time so much easier. Even though I experienced a couple of bumps in my journey they were a wonderful supportive team. Mike and Shelley went above and beyond my expectations just as my mother had said they did for her when she sold her home. I would use Mike and Sheli exclusively if I had stayed in Washington State for all future real-estate needs. I highly recommend them to anyone with any real-estate need.

  Mike & Sheli Kellogg come highly recommended. They demonstrated great patience and experience with representing clients and the market. They treated us like we were always a priority and provided very quick responses and action. This was especially helpful in such a chaotic and fast market of 2020. Mike & Sheli represented us during the sale & purchase of our new home. The sale went very smooth and clean, they were always on top of documentation. During the purchase we were very selective in what we wanted in our new home with a budget, I never felt pressured to buy. Mike & Sheli were patient with us and were very responsive when viewing homes. My 4-year-old daughter was always excited to see them during our house walkthroughs; they created a comfortable and professional environment.   We actually worked with Mike and Sheli for an incredibly long time when it comes to the home buying process. Our goal was to buy a place in Snohomish and we were so excited not just about their support but also their knowledge of the area. They were able to tell us all about specific neighborhoods and houses which made the buying process incredibly personal, something that really meant a lot to us as we were choosing our first home together. It seemed Mike and Sheli were just as invested in finding our home as we were. In the end we bought new construction which meant 7 months of decisions and conversations about big and small details and we were so grateful to have the support of both Mike and Sheli. It was clear throughout the process that they had our best interest in mind and it was often a relief to have them in our corner as we were navigating an unfamiliar process.

  Mike and Sheli were some of the most professional and responsive people I have ever worked with! Mike was so detailed and really helped us understand the background behind every house we were interested in. Sheli and my wife really connected and she did such a great job of making us feel like we could trust them from the very beginning. She even was helpful with watching our toddlers while we were touring the inside the houses! What a plus :). One thing that really impressed us was how much follow up they did on our behalf with our lender. We were very inexperienced with the process, but Mike and Sheli made us feel like the process was going very very smoothly. In fact they were both so responsive that we were actually able to move in a week early, talk about amazing hearts of service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially couples and families as you will work so well with Mike and Sheli.

  Mike and Sheli are absolutely the best agents we have ever had (we have bought and sold a couple of houses)! From the very start of selling our home they were encouraging and extremely helpful in guiding us through the process. They gave us tips on what to do in our home to prepare for sale and explained the working of the real estate market in its present state. We were so nervous. When we retired and relocated they took care of situations during the sale of the house that we were unable to address. They did everything seamlessly and without stress to us.   As their signature says, relationship, service, results. Sheli and Mike really do put relationship first. Mike and Sheli helped me sell my condo and purchase another one. What I found most valuable was I knew I could trust them 100%. As a first time home seller and inexperienced home buyer, I asked so many questions and went to them for advice on decisions.
