      5 Stars to this place! From the top down, this place is very well structured and they care about their guests. Whenever you come to this branch, you will notice that they are a customer first establishment. I have worked with the Branch Manager (Taylor) for the past five years, and I couldn't ask for a better adviser with my financial decisions. I have moved out of state and still continue to bank with KCCU at this branch. I truly feel I can trust Taylor and team with my financial decisions moving forward! Keep up the great work everyone and thank you very much!

      Very good service. Small town banking “feel” from a large institution that meets all of our needs. Easy to stop in to take care of business and then back on our way. Rarely is there a wait longer than 3 minutes. Good People.

      When Chemical Bank bought my Local Bank in Richland and began radically changing the way my accounts were handled I went in search of a new bank in the area. I needed to have a place separate from my regular banking to isolate a small income stream from my online business. After researching stability, asset management, and interest rates I decided that a credit union was unlikely to be bought out by Chemical Bank, as by then two of my financial institutions had been. I had experience with Kellogg Community Credit Union in the past and they had the highest interest rates on savings and checking along with the best ratings. Since I transfered to KCCU I have had excellent results. I do most of my banking in person at their Gull Road location. The staff is always helpful and I don't have to wait in long lines to see a teller. Their services, including online banking, has helped me grow my business and made banking an asset rather than a battle to be fought.
