  Call Keller Williams realty about selling my mobile home that had to be moved. She said she would get back to me after she made a few phone calls. She never did get back to me.

  Jessica Seymour "made an honest mistake" and listed our loan we would be paying with as conventional instead of usda, in our contract/offer. She then calls us and says how excited she is that we had gotten our offer accepted and we now owned the home! Then since she NEGLECTED TO SEE IF THE SELLERS ACTUALLY SIGNED THE PAPERS, The sellers backed out when they realized her cluelessness about the loan and didn't want to deal with the USDA loan process. After we had our dream home, had the entire family, friends and coworkers excited about it, only to have it taken away from us, her response was slightly less than "oops. Sorry." Because her own agency was the seller, and she likely represented the 2nd offer as well, so she still got paid, so why should she care? Fair warning, she starts out willing to do whatever it takes (which I guess means pointing people to a house she's selling so she can make double money), but you'd better check her work with a fine toothed comb, and believe anything she says with some serious hesitancy .

  TRULY A BLESSING TO ENJOY EXCEPTIONAL FOOD AND EXTREMELY FRIENDLY/PROFESSIONAL STAFF. WE ENJOYED OUR EXPERIENCE AT THE DILLARD HOUSE FROM BEGINNING TO THE END AND THE BREATHE TAKING VIEWS WHILE ENJOYING OUR FOOD.
