  Bryson and his team worked seamlessly and efficiently through the entire loan process. Bryson’s knowledge is superior and I always felt as if I was in very capable hands while we worked through obtaining my load. He and his team kept me abreast of new information and what I needed to do in order to make the process run as smoothly as possible. As many of us know, getting a loan for a home can sometimes feel daunting and overwhelming, however, with Bryson and his Homestar team, it was an easy and enjoyable experience.

  We couldn't have asked for a better lender. We were originally trying to renew our pre-approval with another bank. It was going on 3 wks, and we were looking for another lender. Our realtor recommended Bryson. We got our pre-approval from him in 3 days. Our closing was right during the holidays but we never had any issues. We had some questions that came up, and when we emailed Bryson, he responded within hours even on weekends. We felt like they were always working on our loan, doing what they could to make everything close on time.

  As I sit here, on top of my new lil mountaintop log cabin… - I can’t help but share some extra gratitude to Bryson with Homestar. The team of professionals that rally around Bryson in order to make our dreams come true is amazing, that’s all I can say… it closed when it was supposed too!!   I would recommend Bryson and his team to anyone. They were easy to contact, very competent, and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process of buying a home in conjunction with selling my previous home.

  Bryson and his team made it easy for us to get a loan for our first home!! Any questions we had were answered very quickly, and more information was provided if we didn’t quite understand something. Would highly recommend them!

  This was the most difficult process. When a client request call backs more than twice and you don’t it makes the process difficult and stressful. Bryson had time to speak with our financial advisor but couldn’t return my multiple return calls. I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying to purchase a new home while still residing out of state do not to use this group. Communication is horrible. The request for documentation was not consistent and the same information given on multiple occasions.
