  David Sabban is a fabulous Realtor. He has a very competent staff. They offered to make repairs on the house and I was able to pay for the repairs at closing. The work the contractors did, made all the difference in the speed and increased sale price of my home. David made the transaction seamless! I accepted 10% over the asking price and was under contract within 4 days. The increase of my asking price more than made up for what I paid to have the work done in my condo! Thank you David and Courtney. You guys are the best!

  Stephen and the Domicile team sold our house in SF in early 2022. We feel lucky to have worked with them, and that would be true even if the sale hadn't gone so extraordinarily well. They have great taste, an eye for detail, and are experienced and effective at their work. Stephen is excellent at communicating: he is succinct, responsive, empathetic and thoughtfully resolves concerns. He expressed a belief in our property that was unmatched by other realtors, and then exceeded expectations the he had set.

  Patty and Julie are pros through and through. In a complicated market with loads of pitfalls, they are patient, thoughtful, and most of all helpful.   I had the absolute pleasure of working with Danny Greco to sell my condo in 2022. Actually, to say I "worked" might be a gross overrepresentation of my contribution...because Danny did ALL the work! Danny is incredibly knowledgeable, honest and hard-working. More importantly, he is extremely patient, understanding, and ALWAYS available. He really cares and takes the time to explain every detail throughout the entire process. And if you desperately need someone to help you cope with the Russell Wilson trade, he'll talk you through that too! Bottom line: We had a contract signed in 1 month. We closed a month after that, above list price. Seamless. TLDR: If you're looking for a REALTOR who can match experience with empathy, look no further than Danny Greco. You're definitely going to be satisfied. You're probably going to feel lucky. You might even gain a lifelong friend :)

  I've been with the Keller Williams Greater Seattle office for just over 4 years and I couldn't imagine starting my real estate career anywhere else. The training, systems and processes that KW provides in general are amazing but what really makes the difference is the people you work with. The entire leadership team goes out of their way to make you feel supported, listened to and important to the team - whether you are a newer agent or a mega producer. The culture is one of sharing and caring - for our clients, our community, and each other. It is one of the most collaborative places I have ever been part of, which I don't think is the norm for most real estate agents and offices.   Alex Black used all the possible methods to convince a first time seller in a scary market. That it was 90's construction (the worst in his opinion), that it had no land (a town house) and that there must be a bettwr investment, despite seller not wanting to leave Seattle). If you are looking for used car salesman, if you are looking for soneone desperate for sale and with his client interest last in mind, someone too lazy to.care, Alex is your man.
