  As a first-time home buyer, Monica made the experience as easy and seamless as possible! There is not anything bad I can say about how my process went. She helped a friend of mine find her perfect home, and my friend insisted I use Monica to help me find mine. She recommended towns I had not even thought about (as a New Yorker moving to New Jersey, I only knew so many areas), made sure to always provide listings within my budget, called to explain every detail, and made sure to keep me proactively updated. I would refer Monica to anyone looking for a home!

  Real estate agent, Pharoah Lozano, of Kelley Williams was recommended to me by a mutual business associate. I have a 2 family home that I was renovating and needed to rent out the apartments. In early April 2022 I signed a 3 month contract with the agent and the apartments were ready. He was very upbeat and positive & assured me he would have the apartments rented quickly - perhaps by May 1. Mr Lozano only communicated electronically and only if prompted by me. His communication was terrible. He had me drop the price of the rent twice by mid-May, and still could not find one qualified tenant willing to pay the twice dropped price he suggested. He presented all potential tenants (poor risks, not willing to pay the price, or wanting extras that were not available). The agent stopped responding to my inquires which were not bothersome (things like, hi, any updates?) in early June. I reached out on at least 3 occasions that he simply ignored me. On the day the contract expired, I removed my keys from the lock box and found he had not even bothered to put a for rent sign on the property. I did so myself and within an hour started getting inquiries. The callers stated “ I was waiting for a sign to go up”. I had said to Mr Lozano in a message that I hoped he had a sign on the house. The house which I’d cleaned spotlessly was now somewhat dirty ( bathrooms used and messed up & no one cleaned up after themselves). The garage door remote control was missing. I reached out to the manager of Keller Williams & in all fairness, she did respond that she would address this situation and I know she did as the agent texted an apology along with an excuse. However, if his excuse was plausible, Keller Williams should have had another agent or a manager step in to support this contract. So DO NOT use this agent nor this realty if you’re looking for someone who keeps commitments because these folks surely did not.

  the best decision i ever made was giving Armen Azarnia a call to help me find an apartment. he promptly gave me a wide selection of available places and showed me a couple that i had asked to see. he was very concerned with my safety and my comfort, and did everything in his power to make sure that the whole process was transparent and professional. he helped put me in the lovely place i now call home. after having a disastrous experience with a different company, Armen made sure that i was not let down. he even reached out on my move in day and wished me well. he is a great agent, he is not just looking for your money- he genuinely wants to help and he will not stop until you are satisfied!

  Due to the immense lack of communication by Wendy Gamez, not only did we lose out on an apartment that we were already approved for via email, we also wasted over a month of our time. We were told that we would be signing a lease once they have an official move in date after the current tenants moved out and the floor is fixed in one of the bedrooms. The ONLY communication we received from Wendy was that we should consider looking at other apartments just incase the floors were not ready in time. From the start we were very clear that the move in date was not an issue, we can move in whenever. On the day the current tenants moved out, Wendy finally texted us to let us know that they received 8 other inquiries about the apartment (offering higher) and that they would be holding an open house the next day. Wendy completely failed to mention any of this until the very last minute possible when we were already making accommodations to be able to live in this apartment. We were never even asked if we wanted to pay more since they were receiving higher offers, just a sob story from Wendy with a sad face emoji. From this experience, it completely feels like a scam in order to collect application fees from multiple people.

  As an investor and buyer my personal experience with one of ther crew (Mia Ibrahim) was not pleasant at all even that we have met only once and will not happen again, Unprofessional, lake of communication, no knowledge, deal-breaker and misleading, absolutely I don't recommend her as an age buying or selling

  I am so grateful to work with Amir I cant say enough good things about him. Amir was super knowledgeable and professional, He help me to find exactly what i was searching for. He help with every step of the process, with the right suggestions and accurate knowledge. He worked amazingly with the loan agent and attorney like a well oiled machine.   April is a top notch agent. I hired her to sell my home in early 2018. She went above and beyond the entire transaction, even helping out after the closing and after I moved. She recommended great attorney, contractor and took care of so many things I didn't even think of. Recommend her and her team highly.

  Unfortunately, we liked a house was listed by Vanda. She wasn’t a professional seller agent. She can accept your offer but delay the process to get other offers and then reject your offer. Make sure you have everything signed before you trust her word and may be stay away if she is the listing agent.

  I highly recommend April. From the moment we sat down with her and talked about listing our home to the closing day, April could not have made this process easier. You could not ask for anyone more professional and who knows the Gold Coast so well. I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else. Thank you.
