  Came here to get the CD account with the sign on bonus last august. It's almost Feburary now. Still no sign on bonus. Everyone I know who got the account at the same time in other branches got their bonus months ago. I am a patient person, but this is too much. Is this a problem with this branch or with the bank as a whole?

  Worked with a Chinese lady named Cristi or Christine. She is the worst, unprofessional, and Dumbest person I've ever met. She was so slow and rude with my account opening. She made so many errors while inputting my info. Not only that, she was RUDE RUDE RUDE talking Chinese language yelling over my head to other Chinese customer who kept coming into our cubicle asking questions. I felt spit from both the lady behind me and saw spit coming out of Cristi's mouth. Do not go here. I decided to change banks after this experience.

  Worst branch of any bank. Took forever to create my account, and than it turned out she entered the address incorrectly. This created a lot of problems. Don't use her if you come to the branch.

  The bank teller Olga has a bad attitude and doesn’t know anything . Horrible experience will be closing my account
