  Great experience! I've was working with multiple lender for 6 months giving the go around. Then I found Kell Capital and they closed the refinance on my property with in the month. It was very strait forward and no waste of time. what they said they'll do, was getting done. Thank you Patrick Kell let get started on the next project soon.

  I was introduced to Kell Capital a few years ago after I found myself in a bind with another hard money lender who wanted to change their terms a few days before closing. Kell capital literally came in and saved the deal with more competitive terms than any other lender I’ve worked with. Since then I have been able to use Kell Capital on multiple deals and I still have yet to see a hard money lender with better terms and more flexibility. They Have so many financing options and I am blessed to have Kell capital as a trusted lender in my circle of business!

  As a new investor financing my first project could have been very stressful but, Kell Capital made it just the opposite. They had the best rate in town and kept the line of communication open every step of the way. Payments to contractors were always on time. Patrick was the one I worked with and it was a real pleasure. He understood it was my first deal but always kept it professional.
