  Kaung is a true professional and working with him was a great experience.   Highly recommend Kaung! We have worked with a few different lenders and mortgage loan officers in the past that we didn't like.   Kaung is great to work with. We ended up didn't re-fi because we no longer have the need, but through out the process, Kaung is very thorough, patience and attentive to any questions and concerns. I highly recommend everyone to just go talk to him even if you are just fishing or unsure. He will provide you a very honest and candid advise and solution. I like his work ethic, in depth knowledge and friendly personality so much that I have been referring other friends and family to him.

  Kaung is honest, straightforward, and delivers on promises. After being jerked around by other lenders on refinance, I was lucky enough to find Kaung, who offered very competitive rates from the beginning without needing to haggle, and was able to deliver promised rates.
