      Great experience with this CTBC bank location. I’m an average salary man. They were super friendly and efficient. Had the pleasure to work with Peter. He’s helpful, supportive and transparent. He walked me through all the details making sure I didn’t miss out anything. Kept asking me if I need water or coffee during process. Overall, I felt I was being taking care of and supported. Definitely a five star experience!

      I don't write reviews often but CTBC Bank deserves recognition. Whenever I visit I am greeted immediately and warmly. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Peter was especially easy to talk to and helped me resolve an issue with great care and patience, even when I had a ton of questions. Great customer service!
