  Had an amazing experience working with Joe A. and the Lazerus Team. Heard about the low mortgage rates by my banker and after they tried to get me a high refinance rate, a family member recommended me to Joe First off, my experience was extremely pleasant. Joe is very experienced and his process was fast and efficient and didn’t not waste my time. Through out the loan process Joe communicated extremely well, I never had to chase or wait for responses and updated me regularly on where we stood.   Steven and the team over at Lazerus Properties are the most knowledgeable and professional team i have ever worked with in regard to the mortgage process. I originally took my 1st loan out with one of the big box lenders and was relatively pleased with process until Steven and his team showed me how easy the mortgage process can actually be.
