  Adrian and his team are OUTSTANDING. On the front end, they walked me through different loan options (rates, buydown, length), worked with me to figure out how to shorten my mortgage while keeping payments where I wanted them, then jumped immediately when I wanted to lock in our rate during a sudden market move. Communication is super important to me and they were awesome at it--by phone, text or email, and extremely responsive. When a couple of issues arose late in the process due to some unique things with our property, they took the lead in working through them with title and the underwriter, keeping me updated but not making me take a lot of my time to deal with it. They also worked quickly with escrow to resolve an erroneous charge on my settlement statement. And, in the middle of a hugely busy time for refinances (when another lender told me it would be at least 60 days to close), they got me from application to close in only 23 days. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

  I used their team for my first home. The process was so simple and everyone was super great to work with. They answered my calls and texts at all times of day/night weekends. Thank you Tabba for answering all of my dumb first time home buyer questions lol. Ill definitely be using you guys again for my next home purchase or refi! Got pre approved and closed on my house all within 1 month.

  We recently purchased a home requiring a jumbo loan (our first). Throughout every step of the process, I felt like Adrian was standing by us (remotely) and monitoring our loan's every move. Adrian, Katherine and the rest of his team worked tirelessly through the COVID-19 pandemic plus memorial day weekend to clear up multiple issues and ensure we landed in our home before memorial day sales ended! Adrian is also the first person to ever communicate with me through personalized videos, which both impressed me and blew my mind - the level of service provided reminds me of the White Glove Service you heard about back in the old-days.   Adrian and his team are top notch. Terrific and thorough customer service and communication! I just worked with Adrian on a more complicated property and loan. Many other lenders would have not taken it on (one quit out the gate) but not Adrian. They trouble-shot each challenge and road-block and I am happy to say we closed and have happy buyers and sellers. Thank you! Will not hesitate to refer him again.

  Adrian was instrumental in helping us get into our new home. It took us over a year to find the home we wanted to purchase and Adrian was there every step of the way. We started our relationship off with general questions. This moved to a short sale that we waited on for some time that didn't work out. Finally we put an offer in on a new build, and had to wait 6 months. Adrian was very attentive, knowledgeable, and most important to me personable throughout this entire process. As a first time homeowner I had very little knowledge of this entire process and Adrian helped me understand, and become comfortable with the loan side of things as our purchase moved along. He was always willing to answer any question I had, no matter how ridiculous, and no matter how many times I asked the same thing a different way. I highly recommend Adrian Webb for your next home purchase.

  Adrian was a pleasure to work with. He helped in our original house purchase, as well as our refinance a year later. The process for both were quick and easy. He was always willing to explain every little detail in order for both my wife and I to understand (first time home buyers).   We had a great experience with Adrian Webb. He was very professional and personable. We were under a lot of pressure to buy a home in a very small window of time, and he helped make our dreams a reality. Adrian worked with us for almost a year before we actually applied for a loan, and his patience was enduring. We had no experience in the realm of home-buying, and he made the entire process as painless as possible. He and his staff were great to work with, and we felt well informed throughout the loan process. He managed to close our FHA loan in less than 30 days, and in this crazy Seattle market, I was beyond thankful for that!   My wife and I were first got in touch with Adrian as he is our real estate agents preferred lender. Since I know my real estate agent on a personal level, his reference went a long ways and it was pretty much a no-brainer. Being our first home purchase, we had a lot of questions and in retrospect we were probably very high maintenance. From the approval through the closing, Adrian and his team took care of us. The process is highly emotional and incredibly complicated and I feel that Adrian helped us immensely. The market that we entered was about as competitive as it gets, Adrian went so far as to write a letter of recommendation/credit on one of our offers - and it was accepted. I would recommend Adrian and his team to a family member.
