  Incompetent branch. We dropped off a cashiers’ check for a large amount and it was lost / processed to the wrong account. I should have thought twice when the teller needed help from another teller just to complete the transaction. They assured me all was fine. Well, it was not. I just spent 3 weeks and who knows how many additional minutes of my life trying to find the check in the labyrinth of Chase corporate and proving to them that I deposited the check to this branch. This was from our savings. This was not $20. I will never visit this location again.

  Every time I go here, always greeted with a hello, how can I help you. Very friendly staff that does a great job with all customers!👌

  Worst service and Branch Manager is even worst than staff. Will not recommend to anyone to visit this branch and staff needs to get changed and Branch manager should get warning from higher management to take the customer appropriately, specially the Business account customers.

  ATM'S CONSTANTLY having issues. 90% chance you can't make any withdrawals which forces you to go a competitor ATM on the corner and get charged a fee. Tried calling to report the issues with all their ATM's at that particular location. Have reported to branch with zero care to fix issues. Will be choosing 5p bank with competitor from now on.

  Employees are not really motivated to help you. Went to a different branch and everything was possible there.

  Went to see if they can medallion guarantee a document. Ms. C. Lelli made me wait half an hour to tell me they do not do that anymore. Went home and got the paperwork for a notarized signature and returned to this branch. Ms. C. Lelli said perhaps another employee did that, but they have appointments and wasn't sure... I left. Poor customer service. Went to the branch on Randall, and was done in 10 minutes. Chase, you should consider closing the Larkin branch.

  I am a coin collector and I went in to exchange for dollar coins. When I walked in the tellers were polite and happy to help me! Great social distancing setup inside so I felt safe when I was inside.

  Ive had chase for a very long time now and I usually handle my account electronically but today I called in for questions on my account and Tanya from Larkin location made my day feel a lot less heavy on me & informed me on such useful info with what I can utilize on chase. Thank you so much for everything Tanya! 🥺❤️

  Teller gave me a check for wrong account, personae whom I talked in the branch did not help to resolve the matter afterwards.. Mistake happens but to resolve and helping customers satisfied afterwards that’s should be the key
