  Probably the greatest insurance agent in history! Karl was friendly and knowledgeable. His staff was amazing, especially the receptionist! When my windshield was cracked Karl got back to me quickly and took care of everything. Totally delivered on his promises!!!

  Great team very patient and explained everything I was confused about not only but also ALWAYS ANSWERS THE PHONES AND WAS HUGE Help with my life insurance & didn’t gave up thru the years till i got accepted. Would definitely recommend.

  Here is my experience about using the emergency roadside assistance feature of auto insurance at State Farm. My towing reimbursement was counted as a claim on my auto insurance policy , which is apparently standard procedure. I was not told it would be a claim when I called and sent in a receipt for reimbursement last November. I just discovered this today when I logged in to my State Farm Account. They were polite and helpful when I inquired today, but that does not fix the problem of having a claim on my record. I checked with other insurance companies today and they all said they don't hold towing claims against a person. Take away: Ask the agent if a reimbursement is a claim and if so, if it will count against you or raise your rates. It may not in this case, but it is still unsettling to have a claim on my otherwise unblemished record. BTW, it was time to move on anyway, as I found auto rates for 30% cheaper for same exact coverage.

  Ingi helped me with my liability insurance for my retirement party with efficiency, expertise and a smile! It cost me half what the standard rate was at the facility. I've been with State Farm for 30 years and they have always been so helpful!
