Kendra Anderson5I just opened an account here last week, and after a few days of initial struggles everything was worked out! The branch manager at this location who helped me, Poonam Parikh, was so incredibly kind, friendly and helpful! She even said hello when I pulled into the drive up teller today! Thoroughly impressed with the service I have received!

Noah Lemke1This bank is not good, terrible customer service. All the personal bankers have worried about having a conversation with each other and not helping any customers in line. Than long wait time for cash withdrawal smh. Was lied too about banking app and debit card, was told the bank could print me a debit card and says “Oh it works but we can’t do that for you” this bank needs to go out of business. App sucks too. Please please please don’t bank here unless you really need too!

simone fuller1Horrible bank. This bank constantly shuts and blocks my card once a month, based on small purchases. Every time I call they could never tell me why. I made a purchase in the same city I live in and the call rep basically gave me an example of shutting my card off because of being in Chicago, which did not apply or connect to my situation what so ever. This bank also continued to withdrawal money out off my account even though I was done with my car payments and will only refund me a month after the withdrawal occurred. I do not recommend this bank for anyone! Also, they converted to the chip and the chip on the card does not work. I continue to complain about the chip and they would send me another dysfunctional card. Do not bank with them!

Alex Burt5Only time I've had to wait in line a manager offered to make my loan payment for me and verify everything went smoothly later that day. I confirmed the payment went through and received a phone call and mailed receipt later the next day. Always great service at this location.

Jennifer Klover1They held on to a $100 money order for 24 hours to clear which is usually able to clear within seconds anywhere else. When asked if we could get it back from them after depositing they made a big deal about getting it back. I stated that if I would have known I would have cashed it somewhere else. I was just stating that even with a smile and the teller is a very rude woman who snapped back "Well you should have thought about that before you came in here!" Wow I wasn't being rude at all I just simply asked if it was possible to get it back. Thats all, really did not have to get snappy and rude towards me about it. Very unprofessional! Go back to the hood with that attitude miss!
