  We were so grateful to be working with Karen during our recent home buying experience. It was a tough buyers market when were home searching. Karen was thorough and patient when it came to explaining the financials and we really felt like she had our best interest top of mind. She scored us a very competitive mortgage rate and always went above and beyond during the offer process - e.g. she always called the listing agent as soon as our offer was in to assure them we were strong buyers and could close in 3 weeks. I would recommend Karen to anyone without reservation and would work with her again.

  My husband and I chose Karen and her team at the recommendation of a coworker and our realtor. Right from the start Karen was personable, knowledgeable, and reliable. She was more than happy to explain the loan process to us and answer any questions we had. One reason we chose her was because of her responsiveness and availability. Since the housing market has become so competitive and fast-paced, it was important to us that we had someone who would take us to the finish line. After we had a few unsuccessful offers, she went out of her way to contact us and encourage us to keep going. Once an offer was accepted, Karen and her team leapt into action to push us to closing. My husband and I were also touched by the cards and small gifts she gave us during each step of the process. If we ever need another home loan, we will definitely be using Karen and her team again!

  I have worked with Karen for my financing needs three times within the last five years. In 2015, we refinanced our old house. She made it easy to go over the paperwork and points out certain things I may have looked over, along with paying close attention to detail. Fast forward to 2018, we bought a new house, so of course we decided to return to her for our needs. With the rates dropping so low, we opted to refinance once again this year in 2029 since we are planning on staying at our current residence. Thank you Karen!!!!

  Karen was recommended by our agent and was a fantastic partner for us in buying a home and getting set up with a mortgage. We were first-time buyers so had lots of questions -- she met with us in person, was very patient with our questions, and was super responsive when we needed to move quickly for closing. Evergreens rates were competitive, and she helped us make sure our loan had the features we wanted. Overall a great experience!
