  The Nicola team was very responsive and able to answer my many questions along the way. I never once felt ignored or as if I couldn't get a hold of someone. The team is efficient and was able to get the loan approved on time. They really value their customers and get to know them in the process.

  Lily was great, she made this process a lot less stressful than it could've been. We had some issues with the sell of my house in which we needed those proceeds to purchase the home Lily was helping us with. We were getting really close to have to request an extension on closing escrow, but Lily worked her magic and all of the suggestions she made we were able to get the loan approved and docs delivered for a on time closing. She was wonderful to work with. I will definitely be going to her for any future loan needs and recommend anyone to do the same

  Timothy Madrid was our loan officer and he did a wonderful job. He kept us informed by hopping on the phone when we needed to get some time sensitive answers. He, along with his team, made this process less stressful and were always kind and courteous with us. Thank you!

  I noticed Bay Equity and Jeff Nicola's team had a great reputation. I had a referral from a coworker and was also the favorited option by my real estate agent. I can now see from personal experience why. Jeff and his team were effective, efficient and very communicative throughout the process with both me and my Real Estate agent. Jeff Nicola was very kind and patient in answering any questions or concerns I would have which was vital for me giving I was a first time home buyer, so naturally I was very unfamiliar with the process. They're work is high quality so I fully recommend.

  Jeff and his team did a great job walking us through the mortgage lending process. He was available, engaged and provided us with solid advice, especially as it seemed everything was going sideways. The tools they use to collect documents was fairly easy to use and all the of the support staff was courteous and friendly.
