Landing a property in Seattle suburbs is not easy due to demand supply constraints, but what makes it worth anyone's while is to have a good and reputable financial company and empathetic loan officers.   I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and speed of the staff at Evergreen. They walked me through each step and took all the time to answer my questions. They were proactive about communication with me and kept me regularly updated about the status of my loan. And they finished early and gave me the option to close early. On top of everything else, they are just plain nice and fun to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

  I worked with Karen Carlton after asking my broker for some referrals when I was ready to be pre-approved. I could not have been happier with this decision, and I am grateful to both my broker and Karen for helping me find and secure the perfect home. Karen is a tireless customer service warrior - she knows what questions to ask, and is very concerned with making sure all points are understood throughout the process. She was patient at every turn, and it was clear from the start I was in good hands with her. It wasn't always a simple process, but she was forthcoming with new information at all times, and constantly checking up on me to make sure I had everything I needed as we navigated through it all. Shortly after I was approved, I found the home I was hoping to make an offer on already had 2 other offers in hand, and Karen worked with my broker and her team to get me everything I needed to show that our offer was bona fide - and she also spoke to the selling broker directly to build even more confidence. This was all in about a 2 hour window after the end of the normal business day - I was really impressed and appreciative of how she was ready to jump into action as soon as we let her know the situation! I felt like she always had my back and was looking out for me to ensure I had all the info, and didn't miss anything. Her team was great to work with as well, and even at one point when a life change caused me to have to essentially begin the application over again, Karen and her team made it absolutely painless for me (though I'm sure they did a lot of gymnastics behind the scenes to make it so). I would recommend Karen and her team to anyone - I went local for a reason, and the way this process played out, I know I made the right decision. Thank you Karen!
