  Ryan was excellent to work with as a first time buyer! Walked me through every step along the way and set me at ease during the entire process.   Realtor Jay Driscoll was so helpful when I was looking for apartments in the Philly area. Based off of neighborhoods I was interested in, Jay created an online list with a bunch of great apartments (all within my price range/with amenities I wanted) and then asked for my feedback to finetune the list. This made my apartment search day so much more efficient. I was so grateful that he helped me find a great place in such a short amount of time. I would recommend his realtor services to anyone moving to the area. Very friendly and personable.

  I worked with Danielle from the Kanofsky Group and I could not have been happier with my experience and purchase. Both Danielle and the team at the Kanofsky Group made sure to educate me about buying my first home and keeping me informed and up-to-date throughout the process. I really enjoyed working with Danielle. She kept it very honest and made sure I didn't settle for just any home when I grew impatient. She was always available when I had questions or found a listing that I wanted to see ASAP. Even after working with Danielle for about two weeks, I recommended her to my brother and his wife, and they rave about her and how its such a pleasure to work with her.
