  Nothing was fixed or deleted from my credit report during my time with this company. I had a good initial experience but the promise made was not kept hence the low rating. I got more deleted from my credit when I sent letters myself to the credit bureau before trying to get the remaining things off with this company. I also called to get my money back because I was within the 90 day money back guarantee and they did not honor that either. So money gone- about $400 and no results- Lesson learned, never again. Do yourself a favor and save your money, Definitely don’t recommend.

  I am having a bad experience with this company. I was told I would be charged one dollar for the credit report, then $100 for set up. In seven days I would be charged 1999 for services. The following month I will be charged $99 and a week after that an additional 1999 for services. Half hour later my bank calls me and tells me they deducted $200 from my account. That was not what was discussed and I did not have enough money to cover that. Three days later, today, I get an alert from my bank notifying me of possible fraud on my bank account. Over $3000 was charged to the card. In addition my credit score dropped 15 points the day after signing with them. Pretty sure I just got scammed for 200. I’m canceling my card.

  Briana B. was super helpful in everything I needed! Definitely recommend this company, they helped my credit so much, I was able to buy a 2022 car on my own for the first time in years! I unfortunately had to cancel my account for a brief moment, but I will definitely be returning when I need them again!

  June 11 2022 I started my membership to remove a $75 derogatory mark off my credit report. I paid $100 on the same day, then seven days later was charged $20 for IdentityIQ. As of today (July 8 2022), the derogatory mark has been removed from my credit and my score is now back in the 700s, WooHoo!!! I just called to cancel my account and it took me less than five minutes. In less than 30 days my problem was resolved and it is worth every penny. If I ever have a problem with my credit score again I will definitely be reaching back out to Credit Glory!!!

  Please do your research before choosing this company to repair your credit. They took my money for months, after I inquired about having no results, they told me they don't think the credit bureaus were accepting my proof of address. They took my money for 5 months before telling me this, I cancelled my services with them. The only reason why I chose this company was bec they offered money back guarantee. They only issued me a refund for the last month, and offered me the next 2 months 50% off, basically collecting their "refund" back. Here I am, 7 months later, now shopping for a new company to try and trust to help me repair my credit. Save yourself some time and money and GO ELSEWHERE!!!

  Horrible service..... I was told I'd be paying a dollar today.... after I did I was told to pay 20..... Then after that $200.00 y'all can't be doing this to people. Why would y'all accept the payment... Then after each one im asked for another.you need to tell people what they're paying for prior to them paying for it. When asked about getting refunded I was told no because I received a "consultation"..... if that's the case don't half *ss ur service.

  I have been with credit glory for over 6 months and I have yet to see hardly any changes chose wisely take the time to fix your credit yourself

  I just signed up a few days ago, so I haven't any solid feedback yet. But I can say the process and the info Lisa shared with me was eye-opening. Of course these practices are things the average person could do on their own, but I have NO TIME in my schedule to focus on this. I'll update my review in about 2 months when I expect to see updates and traction. I am really hoping they will simply do what they say they can do. That's all I ask and have no problem paying a fair price for that.

  I can't say enough great things about Credit Glory. I was skeptical at first because it sounded too good to be true. After being sent through to a debt collector from an old apartment complex, my credit took a hit. They removed the collections from my report within a month! Not only that but when I called to cancel my plan with them (you have to go month to month), they refunded me for the extra month that I paid and didn't use their service. Amazing company, amazing customer service. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

  I am VERY Dissatisfied with the service at Credit Glory. I signed up them July 2020 and spent over $500 for Credit repair and my credit is in the same condition since July. My credit Score has not changed at all, which I was told it would. I canceled yesterday and wish I could get a Refund.. I feel Robbed..
