  HANDS DOWN the BEST loan officer in the business!! I am currently working with Kameron to purchase mine and my boyfriends first home and we are amazed every day and so grateful to have found Kameron. She truly loves her job and you can tell!   Kameron took the time to explain the process every step of the way. She was helping us with a construction loan then easily changed pathways when we found an existing home. She is very responsive and during these challenging times even got us closed within 30d!

  Kameron surpassed all my expectations! She has many years under her belt in the industry and has deep well of knowledge. When i went to sign title paperwork they told me that my interest rate was the lowest they'd ever seen. She also has a great sense of humor and is fun to be around.

  Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, very responsive, thoughtful and plain good at what she does. I had a lot of questions being new buyer and I received very detailed information back promptly from Kameron which I really appreciated.   We never thought we would be able to buy our own home and Kameron helped us to make it happen!! Our credit score was poor, but she saw in us a drive and determination to make our dream happen. She took our actual numbers and personal situation and told us exactly what we needed to do over a few months , step by step to make our dream a reality. NO other lender did this. Game changer!! She is supportive, and believes in you! She is more than just a lender. She is in your corner at all times. She thought outside of the box to get our financing n place ,and several times thru our lending process while our new home was being built, and we improved our credit score, she would revamp our numbers to OUR benefit. We didnt know Kameron before this process began, and was recommended by our realtor. I actually compared several lenders, not just wanting to take our realtor's word for who to use We were led along to believe things by other lenders, that didn't follow thru. Yet Kameron was the picture of integrity, grit, and grace thru this entire lending process. Any bumps we hit in the home buying process, she smoothed out. Ours was not an easy process and she handled it all like a professional. She has earned us as life long clients! We plan to see her for our next refinancing! I highly recommend Kameron for any financing or refinancing when buying a home.

  My wife and I were trying to buy our first home. We tried first using a lender that was very hard to reach by phone, email, or text. After literally a couple of months she told us that with our moderate down payment, our credit and being first time buyers that nobody would loan us money without a cosigner. We weren't ready to give up and a friend of ours referred us to kameron at northwest funding inc. As soon as we contacted kameron, everything changed, not only did she get us approved she was always available to answer any and all of our questions and we had plenty. I cannot say enough good things about the service and the results. We were in our new home before we knew it with a mortgage we could afford and didn't even use all the money we had set aside for a down payment. I would recommend northwest funding inc. to anyone.
