  This branch is so incredibly poorly run, it’s almost laughable. It’s not laughable though due to the fact that they lost 1k and the branch manager cannot even reach out to speak to you and the bankers could not even catch the mistake. I have been a customer for 20 years and even that is not enough for anyone to take this seriously.

  A few months ago I was scouting banks for my LLC Business Account and decided to go with BMO because of Robert T. I officially setup my account this week. Everything went great! Robert was very personable and friendly and I liked that he didn't over sale. He setup my account and also gave me additional info regarding benefits and perks that were available to assist with my business. I wish more banks could provide this level of customer service. It was overall a great experience. Corey, the branch manager was fantastic as well. The environment was very professional and welcoming. I would recommend this branch for services.

  Would not recommend to use this bank for any services as my cash deposit did not show up in my account till the time I complained about it. Their approach towards this incident was very casual which made me thing I am not the first one to complain about their ATM's. Would recommend to keep all the receipts if banking with BMO never know what trick the ATM's can play on you.. I would recommend staying away from them for peace of mind BMO account was hacked again today. I am closing my account once I receive money back. Stay alert

  BEWARE! unsafe, if you need to visit after hours. My wife works at a local pub and can no longer make deposits at these ATMS because there is a homeless man sleeping in there and the doors do not close. She called them during business hours to inform them of the situation but nothing has been done. I've been having to make the deposits for her and the last time I was in there it reeked of weed.

  I opened an account just the day that I moved to Chicago from another state. The agent that helped me with the process was extremely helpful and cordial. Thank you

  This "bank" either didn't have quarters on a Tuesday or didn't want to service me 5 minutes before close. Either way it's a bad look.
