  The service I received from Justin Jones was hands down the best I've ever encountered. The San Diego housing market is a seller's market right now and Justin truly went above and beyond supporting my real estate agent to position my offer as strongly as possible. Justin navigated me through all phases of the process well beyond what I would have expected from my mortgage broker and acted positively on my behalf when the process met some very unexpected hurdles from a timing standpoint. We may, in fact, have set a record for the fastest closing in San Diego history, due in large part to the pre-work that Justin did for me. He is extremely well organized and communicative, excellent at follow-through and was able to secure me a very competitive interest rate and closing fees.   Justin is so good at explaining things. He showed us step-by-step what to do. When the situation seemed impossible (past identity theft, tax problems) he walked us through the process, thoughtfully and patiently. We have owned several homes in the past and we’re older so it’s great to have someone that is respectful and considerate. He got us a great rate too! Justin knows his job very well and it shows by the care he gives his clients. He’s the best!

  I refinanced my mortgage with the help of Justin. What is is nice about working with him, is that he keeps your interest in his mind when he reviewes your options with you, he never pushes you toward buying/refinancing if the numbers does not make sense. We have been in contact for over a year, where we talked over the phone monthly to review my credit score and interest rates, he never tried to rush me into making a decision just to close a loan, when the time was right and the numbers made sense we closed. It was a pleasure working with him, he was happy to check interest rates days daily after we locked the rate to make sure I got the best deal. What was also great about working with Justin is that he is quick and his team sends you an update email every few days with completed steps and upcoming steps and their ECD. The rate I got from Justin was much better than what big banks offered me with a reasonable closing cost that was added to the loan amount.

  Justin is the definition of a true professional! When I bought my property a few years back I had no idea how the lending process would go and Justin took the necessary time every step of the way to keep me informed. Two years after my initial purchase I went directly back to Justin to refinance my mortgage. My refi went incredibly smooth and even got my pmi knocked off completely! His customer service is truly second to none!
