  Lily is a true professional! She was very honest, prompt, and courteous. She was patient explained everything thoroughly and called, emailed or texted us back promptly, even after hours. She made concerted efforts to keep the rate down with no points and closing fees to a minimum. I met Lily during my mortgage refinancing with another bank.   I have been working with Lily for a few times and I really like how dedicated she is toward her customers. Fast response for questions. Easy process and paperwork. I love that she doesn’t beat around the bush like some lenders out there. Everything is explained in details, straightforward, with reasonable, comparable rate to other lenders. So when you plan on spending big bucks for real estate, find someone like Lily who you can trust for the process. I know it’s a complicated process, but she makes it clear and easy to follow through

  From start to finish Lilly was amazing . Knowledgeable responsive and was hands on proactive throughout the entire process.   I worked with Yside Lending (Lily) to buy our first home in San Diego. We only got our home because of her strategic and thoughtful approach in competing with other buyers.   I just bought an investment property and financed it with Lily Luu from Yside Lending. I am very pleased and happy with the result! Lily is an awesome, knowledgeable realtor and loan officer. She made the whole financing process very clear and smooth! She's also really patient will our house hunting journey since the market is so crazy nowadays and I do have my own check lists for a particular property I want to purchase which made her job much harder. Thanks to her professionalism and negotiating skill, I was able to purchase my ideal property with also some seller credits back which is so rare lately. Lily really took her time to advise the pros and cons on the properties I've seen which fit best to my personal interests, and she got my trust on this since not many agents out there would do this instead of quick saling to make quick return (base on my other purchase, before I met Lily).
