  Justin made sure my husband and I had a wonderful experience navigating our reverse mortgage. We had some prior misconceptions regarding reverse mortgages, and Justin went the extra mile to make sure we had the most current and up to date information. He carefully walked us through the process from beginning to end, and he was always willing to answer call of our myriad questions. He helped us arrive at the decision that was right for us and our circumstances. Not only is Justin a knowledgeable professional, he is an amazing human being. His care and concern for us was evident at every step of the way. We felt totally comfortable and informed when we made our decision. I would never hesitate to work with Justin again! He is my first choice when considering a reverse mortgage.

  It seems there are so many choices available in seeking out a trusted friend to help with a reverse mortgage I called a local (Provo, UT) mortgage company I've known many years for help. His recommendation was Justin Bundy. St George seemed a bit far, but no matter. When I first called, I had just undergone a major surgery. But after further inquiry into possible options, I called Justin back and found myself on the road to that reverse mortgage. Ours took a bit of time and patience which was not the norm apparently. But everything said & done, it was accomplished with very little pain on our end. If you need someone to process your own reverse mortgage, having called a few other possibilities beforehand, I think you could find no one better, with your best interests at heart, than Justin Bundy and Gideon.   We have worked with Justin on two different occasions with our reverse mortgage. Can’t tell you just how pleased were with his time and effort that he put in to get the process taken care of. He is very personable and knows his way through a mortgage transaction. We would totally recommend him to anyone looking for help in buying a home or to refinance your current mortgage.

  I found Justin to be very professional and very responsive. During the course of our dealings I had a number of questions and he was always able to not only answer them, but to do so quickly. Our process from start to finish took right at a month, and that included our being in Hawaii for a week. A bonus to working with Justin is that you are placed in the very capable hands of Samira who handles all but the initial paperwork. . .as well as all scheduling. They are great people to work with as they make the process very simple and easy.

  Justin and his team made the process so easily. You do have to get all your documents together. Be organized and they will really perform for you. Everything was handled on the phone and email till the end at closing. They always responded quickly to all our inquiries. Thank you Justin for a flawless refi on our Reverse Mortgage.

  Hey..if anyone wants a good.."Great" mortgage person..go to Justin Bundy! I can't say enough good about him and his staff and how they proceed with doing mortgage work. Been there..done that..with other brokers..none compare to Justins' Gideon Reverse Mortgage. They have lots of patience with people like me..(that wants it done yesterday) but they get it done!! If needed again..I go to him in a heartbeat! I'll say publically to Justin...Thank You!!
