  Patriot was awesome to work with. This was my first re-finance and they made everything smooth and easy. Allie Hall took care of us - she checked in with me constantly and kept me updated through the entire process so I always knew what was going on. Would absolutely recommend!

  We just finished working with Patriot and we were very disappointed with their performance. They constantly procrastinated our account. In spite of us providing documents within hours of them being requested, they would wait until the last possible moment to review them and then we were left scrambling to try to provide updated or clarified information. Our closing on our house had to be pushed back because we found out the morning we were supposed to close that they had dropped the ball and not provided the necessary documents to our title company. Despite the fact that they had told us and our realtor that everything was good to go. They had also put the wrong loan amount on our documents, which we pointed out to them immediately, it took over a week for this to be corrected and it wasn't corrected until the morning of the day we were closing. Their communication was abysmal. It was almost impossible to get an answer when we reached out. On multiple occasions our realtor had to hound them to get things done because they wouldn't respond to us. I have concerns about their organizational skills because we had to resend all of our personal documents multiple times and we were constantly left feeling like we were not a priority for them. All in all I would recommend using someone else.

  Patriot mortgage was fine to work with but before the first payment was due they sold the mortgage to Mr. Cooper which has been a total joke to deal with. If I could turn back time there is no way in hell I would go with Patriot. I should have gone with my gut and used Guild Mortgage like I had in the past. Lesson learned.

The experience that you are having with Mr. Cooper is unfortunate and frustrating for us to hear. We do not currently service our mortgages for an extended period, but understand how this reflects on us as the company that originated your mortgage. We will be discussing this in detail with Mr. Cooper to assure that this does not continue in the future.

  My experience with Patriot Home Mortgage was fabulous. They had the offering of big lenders but operated with care and knowledge to get my loan approved. I ended up refinancing with both of my home loan with them. I’m happy that I worked with them when there are so many options.

  Patriot Home Mortgage was absolutely great! Initially Broc made a great impression and gave me hope for my eventual loan. Then Allie Hall was the agent I worked with and she too was very kind and made things move through very painlessly and seamlessly. . They are an awesome company that have made my dreams come true!   Great organization. Knowledgeable people. Friendly even. When I contacted them I was trying to refinance my home mortgage. I started with a list of ten companies that I thought was the better choice for me. Patriot made it to the top two. Only reason I chose the other company was they had a larger setup and was able to offer a lower rate with other options. Other than that I would have been just as happy to have used Patriot.

  Allie H and Evan were so amazing to work with for our “Refinace”..They both were prompt and communicative throughout the whole process-streamlining things..They were both easy to get ahold of through text communication- being a very busy person.. Evan and Allie were very transparent about the different refinancing rates and the different fees to get those specific percentages we all want..Allie was local and Evan was in Utah but I felt confident with both. We came from a difference Housing Mortage company and were please to have switched over. Ohhhh and the fees were freaking awesome!!!

  Absolutely great experience with this company! I've refinanced through them twice, on two different homes, lowering my APR significantly both times. Besides the great rate they got me, I worked with some of the most caring, knowledgeable, and professional people at Patriot. I cannot recommend them enough!
