She's super friendly and makes you feel comfortable coming in, I was so embarrassed my first time having to pawn my title , but she definitely reassured me that it was okay. I'd recommend her and the rest of their staff 100 times. They really are so helpful in explaining a title pawn especially in my case being it was my first time.
