  Our experience with Michial was nothing short of phenomenal. Literally the most professional, compassionate, relatable loan officer that we’ve ever worked with. His staff at Ready Rate made the process of buying our first home seamless. They were extremely responsive and prompt. We closed on our home today and honestly couldn’t have done it without Michial and his team.

  Super helpful and reliable. This is my second purchase with Michial. He went above and beyond as usual. Michial does a fantastic job with providing useful information that may not fall under his job description. During the purchase process he gave me a tip on transferring my old homestead. Another occasion he informed me on the type of insurance I should shop for. Both of these tips saved me money in the long run. A+ to him and his team.

  I cannot say enough about Michail and Jen Reed. Michail’s explanations of the process and his cost estimates were right on. He made everything easy and I got a great rate. Jen Reed was wonderful. She was available to help me throughout the time, right up until closing. I am a bit tech challenged but she kindly and patiently helped me with everything. I would highly recommend this team to anyone. Honest with integrity and patience. The Best ever!

  Michial is great to work with from the beginning to the end. We've used him for multiple mortgage products ranging from purchases to refinancing. The process is always virtually seem-less, fast, and accurate. I have not had any changing closing dates, lost documents, or a lack clarity as many experience in the mortgage process with other companies.   Michial and the team at Movement Mortgage are second to none. They work hard to get clients into the right type of loan for their needs. I've had customers that were told they weren't getting a loan (from other lenders) in the 11th hour on a house and when I call Michial, he's right there helping them accomplish the impossible.
