  They will set a closing date with you then the night before realize they messed something up and ask to push it back a few days. You agree then 3 weeks later no closing date in site and they make you resend in all your paperwork and then randomly decline you because you paid your mortgage EARLY over the last year and call that you making missed payments. Stay far far away!!

  I was having difficulties dealing with two other lenders who were not listening to what my needs were, when I decided to give AmeriSave a try. I wasn't disappointed and was very impressed by Kameron Bonner's honesty and dedication to help me go through the sometimes daunting experience of refinancing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about every aspect of the process, and patiently worked me through it all effortlessly. I had some difficulties beyond my control figuring out how to use the system, but he made it easier for me to understand. The processor, Shirvica Phillips was also very knowledgeable and made the last part of the process smooth also. I would highly recommend AmeriSave to anyone looking for an honest, dedicated and reputable company for refinancing or buying a home.

  I wish I could give them a 0 out of 5. I started my refinance process almost 5 months ago. Everything has been complete but for no reason I haven't closed yet. When I try to get ahold of anyone I get hung up on or they never call me back. DAMIEN PAYNE is the worst loan originator and his boss JUSTIN CAMACHO is a ghost that still hasn't called me back in 5 months. Choose any other mortgage company because this one will not help you!

  Called multiple times a day, including at 8:30 AT NIGHT! Finally answered the phone and they claimed I am prequalified for a loan without me giving them any information. I refuse to get a mortgage with a company that doesn't have a brick and mortar company 10mins down the road.

  Had a very good experience with these guys. My loan processor, Adam Mitchel, was great. He was very straightforward about the rates and the options I had. The process was fast and smooth and I closed in about 30 days from the beginning of my application. Absolutely no complaints!

  Amerisave offers the best value or savings of all of the mortgage companies we researched for a refinance. In addition, I am impressed how Amerisave’s online platform makes it easy to review and sign documents remotely, so there is no need to make time-consuming appointments.   Waisted over 2 months with this company. I left me job of 19 years to start my own company in 2020. I have a 720+ credit score and a income of 200k plus with W2s and bank statements. But because I haven't been in business 2 years and left my other company I don't qualify but instead of saying that from day 1 they took the application fee and waisted my time. They loan originators do not know their company's own policies. Don't waist your time!
