  Julian did a great job helping us purchase our home. My boyfriend and I just bought our first house last week. Julian was with us the whole time answering any and all questions that we had at anytime of the day. He really made the whole, overwhelming process a lot easier!   We recently refinanced our mortgage with William Raveis through Julian Hernandez. Julian and his team were easy to work with, responsive to my many questions, and had the process down to a science. We have refinanced twice previously plus our original mortgage, so I'm not a stranger to the process. This was the easiest time. I'm also generally very skeptical of finance corporations, so I asked a number of questions throughout the process and made sure I had all of the guarantees. When we were deciding to lock our mortgage rate, Julian spent nearly an hour on the phone going through our account, answering questions, and ended up helping us a select a mortgage and rate that saved us several hundred dollars in closing costs. Once we had locked, the team of individuals working with us to move our file along were helpful, rapidly responsive, and clear in expressing what documentation they needed from us. I appreciated Julian and his team's help throughout the process and feel like I got a good rate that was competitive (better than rates I sought out from two other lenders).

  Julian was referred to me by a family friend. First let me say that I have no knowledge what so ever in the finance world or even what involves getting a mortgage or refinance. Like at all! Julian went above and beyond his duties. Hey put everything in laments terms for me to understand. He always got back to me in a timely manor and answered all my questions. Not only was he professional but very compassionate and understanding to someone who was way out of their depth. He made me feel at ease, consistently helpful and put all my fears to rest.
