Chad Nelson4Edit as of 3/18/22 gave 2 more stars because it seems the issues with Atm deposits has been fixed. You guys will get that 5th star when there are pens in the atm lobby. For the last two months I get to ashmont after work and go to deposit my check and there is never a pen there.

e m thomson5UPDATED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE; AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE A LITTLE SUGAR FIX ON DECK. Update; eastern bank is just like all the other corporate financial entities; only seeing the bottom line. I don't know why I expected something different. Good marketing I suppose.

Ayaz Khawaja1I went to open bank account and greeted by extremely rude lady named Wendy at front desk who didn't even tell me the exact requirements to open a bank account, had to make a trip back home to bring documents only to be told I'm ineligible to open account. I suggest the bank take measures to educate their staff how to greet the customers. Back to basics of interpersonal communication.

Marc Rathwell1Terrible..they allow people to use others credit card numbers without confirming identity. Basic security for customers and others doesn't seem to work here. As a thought, if you have a customer making multiple withdrawals for cash on a credit card take a better look.
