  We had been working with Chase and VERY late in the process they informed me they didn't write mortgages for manufactured homes... well, they also clearly don't read the documents that were being generated all along the way. In a panic I looked at online lenders and found K2. That was my lucky day, and Julia turned a mild nightmare into a very pleasant and (most importantly) predictable experience. I was kept in the loop daily, sometimes more than once a day, and she keep attention to the details and got us to the closing on the original date. The only negative was at the title office, who couldn't keep up the pace, and we ended up closing a few days late... no sweat, we were already in town and buying furniture. Julia was also excellent as a consultant and helped us to understand several things about MF homes that we would have never known otherwise. I'd give Julia an A+ (I teach in a state university and it's a rare grade indeed).
