  Josh was great to work with. Friendly from the start. He's very responsive. He was available any time I had questions. He was professional & knowledgeable. When we has a snag come up he was so level headed & calm putting my mind at ease. And even through the problems with our stuff he worked many many hours getting us closed in the time frame we needed.   Josh was the best lender that we've ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to help us get our dream home faster. Josh stayed on the phone with our annoying credit card company at least 3 different times and did not want to give up helping us achieve our dream home. Josh always answered our questions, helped us get approved quicker, and did all of it with a positive attitude. He always called us to make sure we were kept in the loop and helped us get to the finish line. Josh was such an amazing lender and we'll definitely recommend him to everyone. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!   Transparency, honesty, robust communication, knowledgable, personable, easy to work with, are only a few of the many traits and qualities that describe Josh and his business practice. He was literally there for us at all hours of the day, including after hours answering questions and providing updates. He would keep us up to date on all little details and progress of our application and we never felt any uncertainties on how and where things were with the process. He was very up front with his communication and would also go above and beyond. I also like it very much that he did not bash on his competition, which i feel is a common practice in any service provider. I feel that he had a genuine interest in our business and needs, and it shows all throughout the process. I would absolutely do business with Josh again in the future, and we highly recommend him.
