  We went to the saratoga springs branch Alyssa was the name of the girl who helped us to set up a new checking account and said that the old account would bee closed after she had transfered Gordon's check. How ever I called the the girl to tell her to transferred the check into the new checking account I called her several times but she was not available and the check was sent back to the social security office. However we called the main branch and they were able retrieve it and put it in the correct account

  Closing my account with UCCU after 10 years. Horrible service, consistently have dealt with issues. They’re very sneaky with fees, and their account representatives are uneducated. I refinanced my car loan with UCCU and it was the worst decision. The representative told me it was required I sign up for GAP insurance, charged me $400 for it and then later I found out my car never needed GAP insurance as my cars value was much higher than what I owed. Feels like they’re just looking to ding you with any sort of fee/insurance to make a few bucks. Definitely have had better service through other credits unions.

  We had a great experience at UCCU! They were quick and efficient and able to meet our needs. Tate was a great to work with us on our loans, he was knowledgeable and efficient!

  UCCU was able to immediately help me. The employee I saw was able to answer all my questions clearly. I was in there for a very short amount of time even though I needed help on a specific problem.

  My paychecks always take forever to deposit; usually 2 days, I went in to take the overdraft ability off and they said they did, but I still got charged,and the people there don't have very good communication skills. They don't know how to tailor what they're saying to different audiences. When I switched to UCCU and took out my first loan, most of the stuff I was told I had no idea what it meant. All in all, terrible bank, mediocre customer service, and slow.

  Uccu has pretty much always been great to work with! Been with them for 15 years now. Their online and app banking are very easy to use (better than others I've tried). You can link other accounts like business and credit card accounts to see all of your accounts in one place. Their payment systems are great. Couldn't be happier -Chris

  Our service representative was very nice. She was obviously new at what we’d asked her to do and it took much longer than we anticipated but she was apologetic and was thorough.

  All I can say is, Dylan should be fired. That cheat lied to me and my husband from the beginning of the process of a car loan to the very end when we went to go pick it up only to realize he had done everything imaginable wrong, enough to actually confuse the loan department itself. He lied about my score, guaranteed me a loan, ran the loan three times on a credit score of 0, the last time he even lowered to proposal from the 18k we needed to 12 without saying anything. we had to call him to get updates. If it wasn’t for car dealership feeling so bad about the situation and helping us through a different bank, we would have lost everything this Christmas. I do like UCCU as a bank and I see that they cleared up the issues. But my concern is I see other reviews calling this guy out and nothing has been done. I find that extremely disheartening that so my customers lives could be put on the line because one fraud isn’t dealt with. I will not be utilizing uccu for these life functions anymore because I do not know who to trust. If it was the bank itself the rating would not be so low, but the fact that he is still employed and this was handled for the weeks it was so poorly and rudely, I cannot say much else.
